With a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath and a life long love of sailing, including an Olympic campaign, it was inevitable that Lauren would combine the two.
Moving into the yacht design industry, Lauren specialised in composite structural engineering for yacht hulls and masts, motor boats, as well as some more niche projects, throughout the high performance and luxury sectors. Lauren has worked across the spectrum of large consultancies as well as smaller companies and contract work, living in Germany and Spain at various points of her career.
Lauren joined the company shortly after the formation of BAR Technologies and now heads the team of engineers bringing our innovations into reality.
