About
Tom is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects.
He has more than 25 years of technical and commercial experience within marine, aerospace and automotive industries, starting out as a graduate management trainee at Blue Star Lines (now part of Maersk) before moving into the world of high-performance sailing with Southern Spars, High Modulus and America’s Cup.
Tom then acted as Business Development Manager at Hexcel Corporation prior to agreeing to join BAR Tech late in 2023.
